About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales KPI’s to deliver the required revenue and margin growth
• Effectively execute sales plan to ensure that key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis
• Actively secure new customers who have not previously engaged with COS
• Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio
• Retain customers, build long term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients
• Activate and engage end user’s/buyers in the existing customer base

About You

• Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills
• Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions, government markets and portfolio sales or in similar field
• Experience in new business development and pipeline management
• Advanced verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent presentation, written & verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated solution sales skills with a proven track record of delivering against sales budgets

About The Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join Kookaburra, part of the COS group. Kookaburra is a trusted specialist in innovative audio-visual and technology solutions, supporting education, corporate and government sectors across Australia. The AV Solutions specialist will play an important role in designing and delivering high-quality solutions whilst working in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, installations partners and AV business development managers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with AV BDMs to support the full sales and solution scoping process
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and installation partners to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Recommend fit-for-purpose AV solutions aligned to customer needs, budgets, and operational requirements
• Design AV solutions across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, education environments, and digital signage
• Develop scopes of work, BOMs, and supporting technical documentation
• Assess installation requirements, project risks, and solution feasibility
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and support quotes and tenders
• Support project delivery through technical guidance while contributing to continuous improvement of solutions and processes

About You

• Proven experience in the AV industry, with a strong capability in designing AV solutions
• Solid technical knowledge across AV technologies including audio systems, interactive displays, digital signage, and lighting
• Ability to interpret floor plans and building drawings with strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting end-to-end solution lifecycle including scoping, BOM development, quoting, and tender submissions
• Motivated, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges
• Desirable exposure to CommBox, SMART Technologies, Logitech, HP Poly, Yamaha, Dynacord, Shure, LG, Williams AV, MAXHUB, Unilumin or equivalents.

About The Role

Reporting to the Bids and Contracts Manager, this role focuses on coordinating the end-to-end bid process across a portfolio of customer tenders and proposals. You will drive successful bid outcomes through collaboration with internal stakeholders, development of high-quality responses and effective management of timelines and submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end bid delivery process, supporting Sales teams in the acquisition and retention of customer contracts
• Manage incoming bid requests and facilitate collaboration across Sales, Pricing, SMEs and Contract teams
• Develop tailored and compliant tender responses aligned to customer requirements and win strategies
• Coordinate submission of tenders via portals or email, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Manage bid timelines, ensuring all inputs are completed and submissions are delivered accurately and on time
•  Contribute to continuous improvement of bid content, processes and templates

About You

• Experience in bid coordination, tender responses or proposal writing
• Exposure to structured procurement environments (e.g. government, enterprise or regulated industries)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Advanced MS Office skills and exposure to AI tools highly regarded
• Strong organisational and project coordination capability

About The Role

Reporting to the National Customer Experience Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve performance targets
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance customer service skills and outcomes
• Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer enquiries
• Monitor daily operations to ensure service levels and KPIs (response times, resolution, customer satisfaction) are consistently met
• Track and analyse team performance metrics including call volume, handling time, and first call resolution
• Prepare and communicate regular performance reports to the team
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, probation reviews, and support individual development plans (PDPs)
• Identify training needs and partner with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven leadership and coaching experience with at least 3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance and change
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset

We are seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver office products to various suburbs around Melbourne Metro.

This role requires you to drive a 2 Tonne van.

You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of our products ensuring that the procedures adhere to Company standards. 

You will also be required to complete ad-hoc store person duties before and after driver runs in accordance with business needs.

Working days are Monday to Friday starting at approx. 7:00am.

You are a reliable individual who is well presented and has the ability to communicate clearly with our customers, providing them with a high level of customer service.

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a current driver's licence with an excellent driving record 
• Experience working as a multi drop driver and providing desk top delivery
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items safely
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen 
• State Baseline Security clearance preferred or eligible to obtain

About The Role

Reporting to the Replenishment Manager, this role focuses on managing the end-to-end import process and ensuring optimal stock availability across the business. You will oversee shipments from factory through to distribution, driving efficient inventory flow and timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and freight partners

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability across all branches nationally
• Coordinate and track all import shipments to ensure timely delivery into Australia
• Manage the end-to-end import process from factory through to distribution centers
• Optimise container utilisation and configuration to maximise efficiency
• Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and internal operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Minimise stock runouts while maintaining service level KPIs
• Identify and manage overstocks, supporting stock transfers between distribution centres
• Manage all import-related queries in a timely and professional manner

About You

• Experience in import coordination, logistics or freight forwarding
• Exposure to purchasing and importing from overseas suppliers, particularly China-based manufacturers
• Strong understanding of demand planning and inventory forecasting
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Mandarin language skills highly regarded

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, the Team Manager will be responsible for leading the daily inbound and inventory functions, ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage, putaway, replenishment and control of stock across the DC.

This role provides operational leadership to maintain inbound flow, stock integrity, inventory accuracy and replenishment discipline in support of customer service, GTP/automation performance and warehouse productivity. The Team Manager will lead, coach and support team members while driving process discipline, safety, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee inbound and inventory workflows by leading daily operations, planning labour, and ensuring efficient receiving, putaway, replenishment, and stock flow aligned to customer and operational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations by managing deliveries, returns, and transfers while aligning with Production/GTP, Outbound, Transport, and Business Solutions to minimise delays and optimise performance.

Inventory Governance & Stock Integrity

• Drive inventory accuracy and control by overseeing counts, investigations, and stock movements while ensuring compliance with systems and continuously reducing discrepancies through proactive monitoring and corrective actions.

• Lead team performance and capability by coaching, setting clear expectations, and maintaining strong communication to optimise productivity, behaviour, and adherence to processes

Safety & Compliance

• Champion a safety-first environment by ensuring all inbound and inventory activities comply with WHS, DG handling, MHE, and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage risks and incidents by supporting hazard identification, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain safe operations.

Continuous Improvement

• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve inbound flow, replenishment, stock accuracy, and labour utilisation through data and observation.
• Support process optimisation by improving SOPs, training, and system discipline while contributing to automation, cost efficiency, and service improvements. 

Communication & Collaboration

• Align cross-functional teams by liaising with leadership and operational groups to coordinate priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure clear operational communication by proactively sharing risks, delays, performance updates, and improvement actions.

More about you

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse or distribution environments, with strong knowledge of inventory control processes and WMS/RF systems.

• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate daily operations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving stock discrepancies, supported by a solid commitment to workplace safety (WHS)

• Experience in automated/GTP warehouse environments with strong reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, WMS).

• Forklift licence (LF/LO) or MHE knowledge, with exposure to Lean or continuous improvement practices
