About The Role Reporting to the Head of Director Support, the Executive Assistant will provide executive level support and coordination for the Commercial Director ensuring smooth and effective administration. Key Responsibilities - Maintenance and management of electronic diaries
- Email management including actioning and delegating
- Support Head of Director Support - management for internal and external events
- Provide day to day executive level support
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Prepare agendas, reports, minutes and other documents requested meetings
- Manage all facets of local and international travel bookings
- General administrative support including reports, presentations, document processing, expense and credit card reconciliations
- Ad Hoc office tasks and projects
- Compile various departmental reports
About You - Minimum 3 year experience supporting the C-Suite
- Intermediate in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
- Ability to multitask, priorities & juggle responsibilities
- High attention to detail
- Highly articulate with exceptional verbal, written & presentation skills
- Confident working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with varied workload
- Good interpersonal skills, outgoing, friendly and able to engage with a range of people
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient and reliable
- Good communicator and negotiator
- Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action
