About The Role

 

Reporting to the Education Team Leader – North Region, this role will have you working as part of our committed specialist team to manage a portfolio of Primary and Secondary schools across the Sunshine Coast region, our fastest growing segment in Education.

 

Leveraging off our reputation as an innovative industry leader, you will be supported by various internal resources to contribute to our continued growth and ongoing success

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention of existing customer base
  • Identify, manage, and develop multi-level client relationships and grow existing
    accounts with cross category extensions
  • Source, identify and develop new business with non-spending schools within your
    portfolio
  • Actively seek Back to School opportunities within the assigned portfolio
  • Create and conduct consumer presentations and needs analysis as required
  • Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to achieve targets

About You

  • Demonstrated account management experience within a B2B environment
  • Business development experience and acumen
  • Experience working with the Education sector ideal
  • CRM system experience
  • Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to deliver an outstanding
    experience to our customer base of government, private and independent schools with
    every interaction
  • Ability to understand customer needs with a view to grow revenue through category
    extension
  • Proven track record in business development acumen and engage with stakeholders
    and key decision makers
  • High level of commercial acumen
