About The Role Reporting to the General Manager – Strategic Sourcing, this max‑term contract role provides executive‑level support and coordination to enable smooth, efficient operations across the function. Strategic Sourcing spans sustainability & compliance, category management, procurement and replenishment, positioning this role as a central point of connection within a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Act as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, managing communications and scheduling key touchpoints.
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support to the General Manager, including email and calendar management, meeting coordination, and action tracking.
- Coordinate meetings and leadership forums, including the Strategic Sourcing Leadership Forum.
- Support project delivery by tracking actions, milestones, risks and deadlines.
- Manage documentation, governance and content across Microsoft Teams and Intranet sites.
- Support business systems, tools and platforms, including HubSpot.
- Coordinate team operations and administration, including travel bookings, expenses and credit card reconciliations, budgets, timesheets, supplier administration, and onboarding / new‑starter training plans.
- Coordinate internal communications, team initiatives and engagement activities, including events, celebrations and ad‑hoc project support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and participation in required training.
About You - Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting senior leaders
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle; flexibility to travel as required
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism, leading with empathy
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
