About The Role

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM), the Sales Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing a team and driving new business growth within the Mid Market segment. You’ll be supported by a skilled group of account managers, a range of internal resources, and a experienced National Sales Manager, all focused on delivering strong results and best customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Create a positive and motivating environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and results.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans where needed.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records in the CRM (Hubspot)

  • A desire to step into a leadership position
  • Proven success in new business development with a strong sales track record.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
