Business Development Manager ( Market Offers )

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Head of Sales Market Offers, this role is focused on securing new business across Mid-Market and Government segments. You will develop and execute business development strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and position tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth 
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities, including managing tender processes and portals
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers 
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercially sound proposals 
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to support deal success and closure 
  • Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term client success

About You

  • Proven success in a B2B business development role
  • Strong track record in winning new business
  • Experience managing tenders and contracts
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with a strong “hunter” mindset
